STF offers you a first-class service to help you fill your vacancies at absolutely no cost and we will work closely with you to ensure we match the right person to the right vacancy.

More importantly we can provide you with someone at no cost at all, giving you an opportunity to see what they have to offer as a potential employee and at the same time giving them an opportunity to gain valuable work experience.

The impact on you will be a reduction in costs in terms of advertising, recruiting, selection and training.

STF work closely with people looking for employment, providing them with training to develop the necessary skills before finding them employment or work experience.

Many of our staff are from a commercial background themselves and understand the needs of both the employer and the potential employee.

Options we can offer are:

Work Experience - At absolutely no cost to you and for an agreed period of time, STF will provide you with a suitable person for work experience, giving them an opportunity to gain experience and improve their work skills. In return, you will benefit from an extra member of staff who will inject new ideas and enthusiasm into your team.

Work Placement - If you have a vacancy within your company then STF can provide you with a person free of charge, for an agreed period of time. This gives you the opportunity to see if the person fits the requirement of the post before you hire them and allows that person to gain experience, learn new skills and show how they can be a valuable employee for you.
